What format will I receive my email signature in?
You’ll receive a hand-coded HTML file with fully inline CSS, ready for use in any email client. We also provide installation guides tailored to Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and Office 365. If you’d like us to install it for you, we offer that as an add-on service.
Can you add animated elements to my signature?
We offer animated signature add-ons — subtle animations such as a pulsing CTA button, animated logo, or fade-in effects — all coded to degrade gracefully in clients that don’t support animation.
How long does the process take from start to finish?
Most signatures are delivered within 48 hours of receiving your brief and assets. Complex designs or team packages may take 3–5 business days. If you have an urgent deadline, contact us about our priority service.
What do i need to provide to get started?
We’ll need your logo (in SVG or high-resolution PNG), a professional headshot (optional but recommended), your contact details, social media URLs, any brand guidelines you have, and a brief description of your role and company.
Can I make changes after the signature has been delivered?
Absolutely. All packages include unlimited revisions until you’re completely satisfied. Once the signature is finalised, minor updates (phone number changes, title changes, etc.) are available at a low flat rate.
Will my signature look good in dark mode?
Yes — dark mode compatibility is included as standard on all packages. We use a combination of CSS media queries and carefully crafted fallback logic to ensure your signature looks polished in both light and dark environments.
How do you manage the Signature Images & Hosting?
By Default, The Images are hosted to my VPS Server, What offer 3 Year Complementary future supports from my Premium & 2 Years supports from my other Packages. So you will got a seamless ready to use file without any issues. If you want to host the images in your own server, It will work too.
